Shabbos Parshas Vayishlach – Dec. 16-17, 2016
Rabbi Dovid Heber received his Rabbinical Ordination from Ner Israel Rabbinical College and has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from The Johns Hopkins University. He is currently the Rabbi at Khal Ahavas Yisroel Tzemach Tzedek in Baltimore, Kashrus Administrator at Star-K Kosher Certification, and teacher at Maalot Seminary for Women. He is the author of Sefer Shaarei Zmanim on the complexities of the Jewish calendar and time in Jewish law. Rabbi Heber and his wife Baila lived in the Beth Jacob Apartments in San Diego from 1987 until 1991 when he was a member of the Kollel of San Diego. He also led High Holiday services in Cong. Adat Yeshurun-La Jolla from 1990-1998.
